What’s included in your basic wedding or event rental?
American Pioneer Ranch is a magical Texas-style wedding and event venue. Basic venue rental packages include the following amenities. Additional services are available for an extra charge. See our “Additional Services Available” page.

Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom, 3100-square-foot, fully furnished, ranch-style house with wraparound porch

Restrooms: Onsite restrooms are sufficient for up to 75 people. If more than 75 people will be in attendance, a set of portable restrooms will be required additionally. This is an added expense and is not covered by American Pioneer Ranch.

What if it rains?
For smaller weddings of 50 people or fewer, an indoor ceremony can be held inside the beautiful ranch house. For larger gatherings, when you receive our "Approved Vendor List" we will recommend companies that can provide beautiful event tents. Event tents are an added expense and are not provided by American Pioneer Ranch.
How many people can American Pioneer Ranch accommodate?
We can accommodate up to 250 people with our basic venue rental pricing. If accommodation for more guests is needed, please inquire for availability and pricing by calling 254-818-0147 or emailing info@americanpioneerranch.com
Is American Pioneer Ranch an open vendor venue?
Yes! After booking at American Pioneer Ranch for your wedding or event, you will receive our exclusive "Approved Vendor List". You do not have to choose from those vendors, but you do have to get your vendors approved by American Pioneer Ranch before you book them!
Can I bring my pet to American Pioneer Ranch?
Pets are allowed only with prior approval from American Pioneer Ranch management.
Can I cook my own food for my event or wedding?
We have a beautiful kitchen available, not for cooking purposes, but for warming up and serving your caterer's menu.
Can I serve alcohol at my event or wedding?
Yes. You must have 2 TABC certified bartenders that carry insurance who serve the alcohol for your guests.
You may not have kegs or glass bottles.
